Welcome to my place on a grey December day. It is WOYWW time and we share our workspaces with our international visitors. Come in and make yourself comfortable. Last week I could not participate due to my cold and being a snotty pudding head. But things are getting better and here I am! As it is the beginning of December I think it is alright to show some more tags for Christmas. Yesterday I was occupied with taking photographs, so you see my setup for that work for a change.
I am so thrilled, when I look at those beautiful cards and projects created by the Rubber Dance Design Team. Most of my colleagues are very experienced and skilled stampers and I learn a lot from them. I must say, it is not as easy as it looks!!! I always struggle with the lack of material and those cute machines, that do all kinds of fantastic cut outs, embossing and things I might not even know. And all those fantastic embellishments!! Sometimes I feel like a child being jealous about other kids‘ toys. So I have to think of other solutions to keep things interesting.
I have huge stacks of magazines for decoration, homes and gardens and such with beautiful photographs in it – I am glad I have a tolerant hubby, because I hoard tons of them. But they give me wonderful material for collages – for free! So I decided to collage most of my Christmas tags and I think they came out wonderful! I like the variety.
I used tags with finished backgrounds from my stash, ripped some photos out of my old magazines and completed with Rubber Dance stamps and some gold paint. More explanations on the workaround and material used you can find on here. Now have fun with my little tag parade.
I hope I could give you some inspirations for your Christmas projects. Now go and see what the other lovely WOYWW participants were doing, I bet it is very interesting!
I am also linking up to Art-Journal-Journey
I wish you a happy and creative Advent time!
Gabriele
Good morning! Seems like we’re going to have snow today, ay? It’s snowing here on your blog anyway – so cute with those tiny snowflakes! 🙂 I love your tags in a variety of colours, love the use of magazine clippings, and I love the way you arranged those plants and hung the tags for the photograph! So clever and professional looking. For me, taking good photos is the hardest part about blogging.
Good to hear that you are better! 🙂 Thank you for using some of my Christmas stamps on your super cool tags! ❤
Gorgeous tags! Happy WOYWW Helen 8
The tags are really beautiful, Gabriele – thanks for the inspiration. I love the way you’ve got the snow falling! Happy WOYWW, Chris # 15
What a wonderful idea to make collages for tags and a great way to reuse stuff that would normally just be tossed away. Hugs Nikki 1
Clever idea of using all those images for the tags. They look fabulous.

Gorgeous tags! I bet they’re every bit as good as the other designers. That’s the problem with Pinterest etc, we always compare ourselves with others…..don’t do it! Your stuff is fab, enjoy it 🙂
Hugs, LLJ 22 xx
They are beautiful – what a clever idea and they are so effective – thank you for sharing your idea. And thanks so much for dropping by my desk earlier – I hope you have a great week,

Gabriele, Your tags are absolutely wonderful! You don’t need fancy machines 🙂
I am enjoying the inspiration at Rubber Dance too.
Beautiful tags, Gabriele! I can’t decide which one I like best, they are all so lovely.
Thanks for your lovely comment, and I’m so glad you’ve been enjoying following the progress of my album. I started the final section today. I can’t believe it’s nearly finished! As for the weight loss, the 5:2 diet is simply the easiest diet in the world to stick to – for only 2 days do you reduce your intake, and eat normally for the rest of the week. The weight loss has plateaued out somewhat now, but that’s normal. It may take another year or two to meet my target weight but I don’t mind that. I know anything is possible!
Happy WOYWW,

I looove you beautiful christmas tags! Very colorful!
Don’t be envious of all those machines and things that others have, you are creating art from your heart and I love your tags. You are very talented.
Hugs, Neet xx
Those tags are really wonderful – what a great idea to use the magazine images :o) Happy WOYWW Annie C #52
Gabrielle thank you so much for visiting and sorry I am getting back to you late. Yes Yoda is one very loved cat but he is a rescue mature age cat and has had a very hard life, so to spoil him now is a must he is so beautiful and perfect. The team of international WOYWW deskers have been following his journey from the beginning and it has been an up and down trip with his life.
As for your tags, don’t be envious of what others have it is people like you who sometimes make the best art with limited stock that produce masterpieces, because you need to think outside that box and be more inventive. I think your tags are brilliant, truly they are wonderful and so beautiful.
Hugs Eliza & Yoda 61
Happy WOYWW
I am sure your collegues and fellow stampers are jealous on YOU because you have the skills to turn ‚waste‘ into something beautiful without spending money on tools, expensive machines and material. Now THAT is a gift Gabriele!!! Your tags are amazing and you put so much detail and effort in photographing them… YOU ROCK GIRL! Happy (belated) woyww and a hug from Holland. Marit #32
die sind wirklich alle hammerschön!!!
Your tags are gorgeous! Valerie
Those tags are adorable. I especially like the one with the little birdie on it. There can never be too many Christmas tags. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. April #43
Superschöne Tags, die mich richtig in Weihnachts-Stimmung bringen können, die brauch ich nämlich noch.
Ulrike
super Tags!
I never tire of looking at tag art! I know what you mean about a smidge of jealousness of those lucky crafters that seem to have every crafty toy ever invented. I do have my share and I make do for those things I don’t have. I have found YouTube to be particularly helpful in DIY art supplies. I think your tags turned out quite lovely! Sorry for getting around to your desk so late… I am indeed one of the tortoise in life 😀
Hugs and happy crafting… til next week…
